Since then, he has repeatedly exposed me to the music, and it's grown on me. His cruelty in playing the music over and over around me while at work recently culminated in my recent purchase of an entire album on Apple's iTunes music store.

The album? Dos Guitarras Flemencas en America Latina, an album chock full of well-known tunes, guitar duets superbly rendered by Paco De Lucía and Ramón Algeciras. I love it! (It's playing in the background as I write this.)

Curse you, cruel Cassidy! How could you be so heartless? You knew that I wouldn't be able to resist the lure of good music!
