Here is one of my web log entries, perhaps from my Yakkity Yak page, What's New page, or one of my Astounding Adventures from my Geocaching section: My New Favorite Breakfast Cereal

![]() That has changed. I've found a hot cereal that changed my mind. It's one of Bob's Red Mill cereals (and I like several of Bob's Red Mill cereals), in particular, Museli Old-Country Style. A cup of cereal in a large bowl, a cup of water, a dash of salt, perhaps a bit of honey, 4-5 minutes in the microwave, add a bit of milk, and... Mmmmmm... Delicious! It has the perfect blend of whole grains, sunflower seeds, almond slivers, raisins, and bits of walnuts and dates. It's heaven for my palate. I also know it's far better for my body than the cold cereals, which tend to spike, then drop my blood sugar levels, leaving me hungry again in a few hours. This perfect cereal not only tastes great, its complex carbohydrates take longer to process, so I don't get hungry so quickly afterward. And it's good! Wonderful. Delicious! Did I mention that it tastes heavenly? I think you get the idea. And yes, that's what I had for breakfast today. | |
